Perhaps this guy did not intend his subtle hint toward re-using old toys. Maybe if you gave such a toy, perhaps a collectors item, away to someone you knew would appreciate your antiques. Then you should probably do it on the condition that they give it away to someone else, or back to your own kids later on, not sell it for a million bucks on e-bay.
